Description

Kaiser Permanente seeks a Licensed Masters BMS Therapist Pediatrics to deliver high-quality pediatric behavioral health services within our technology-enabled care model. In partnership with Systeme.io’s innovative platform, you will provide virtual and in-person assessments, evidence-based therapy, and care coordination for children and families. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, documenting in EHR systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and using digital tools to enhance access and outcomes. Provide pediatric behavioral health assessments and evidence-based therapy to children and families
Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans and goals
Document all clinical encounters accurately within the electronic health record (EHR) system
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals on integrated care plans
Leverage telehealth and digital tools to deliver accessible, high-quality behavioral health services
Offer crisis intervention and safety planning as needed
Engage and educate parents and caregivers to support treatment adherence and outcomes
Participate in case conferences, supervision, and quality improvement initiatives
Maintain compliance with HIPAA, licensing, and Kaiser Permanente clinical standards
Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continual professional development
